Cardioflush medical disclaimer
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Cardioflush is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, including high blood pressure or heart disease.
This is not medical advice
Everything on this site is published for general information. We are researchers and writers, not physicians, dietitians or pharmacists. Nothing here constitutes medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing here should replace a conversation with a qualified healthcare professional who knows your history.
Cardioflush is not a treatment for a heart condition
High blood pressure and heart disease are medical conditions that can need prescription medication and monitoring. A dietary supplement is not a substitute. If you have chest pain, shortness of breath, palpitations, or a blood-pressure reading your doctor is concerned about, please seek medical care rather than relying on any supplement. Never stop a prescribed medication in order to take one.
Speak to a doctor first if any of these apply
- You are pregnant or nursing.
- You are under 18.
- You take prescription medication — especially blood-pressure drugs, blood thinners, or heart medication such as digoxin, all of which can interact with hawthorn and garlic.
- You have a diagnosed medical condition, including heart disease, arrhythmia or kidney problems.
- You have surgery scheduled — garlic can affect bleeding.
Dietary supplements are regulated differently
In the United States, dietary supplements are not subject to the pre-market approval process that applies to pharmaceutical drugs. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements for safety or effectiveness before they are sold. Any badge or claim suggesting a supplement is “FDA approved” is inaccurate — what a manufacturer can legitimately state is that a product is made in an FDA-registered facility, which is a statement about the premises, not the product.
No trial has been published on the finished formula
The research cited across this site concerns the individual ingredients in Cardioflush — hawthorn, hibiscus, garlic, arjuna, dietary nitrate and cayenne. No clinical trial has been published on the finished Cardioflush liquid itself. Evidence about an ingredient is not evidence about a product, and we say so wherever we cite a study.
Individual results vary
Response to any supplement depends on diet, genetics, existing health status, medication and consistency of use. Results described on this site are not guaranteed and may not be typical. Botanical cardiovascular support is gradual, over a window of roughly 8 to 12 weeks, rather than immediate.
Never delay medical care
If you have a health concern, seek professional advice. Do not disregard or delay medical care because of something you read here. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
